1. Current configuration
The website does not use GA4, advertising pixels, behavioural analytics, embedded marketing media or language-preference storage. English and Greek versions use separate URLs and do not require a preference cookie.
2. Essential security technology
Cloudflare Turnstile is used on the Executive Demonstration form to distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. Its operation may involve strictly necessary security data and Cloudflare-managed technical storage depending on the visitor’s browser and challenge conditions.
This security processing is not used by RCOps for advertising or behavioural profiling.
3. Analytics and marketing
No analytics or marketing script is currently enabled. If non-essential measurement, advertising, profiling or embedded-media technology is introduced, it will remain disabled until any required prior consent is obtained.
4. Local and session storage
The website does not intentionally persist language selection, form content or visitor identifiers in localStorage or sessionStorage. Temporary browser state used during a form interaction is not retained after the page session.
5. Managing browser storage
Visitors can inspect or clear site data through their browser settings. Blocking essential anti-bot functionality may prevent the form from being submitted.
6. Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated if the technologies used by the website change. Where consent becomes legally required, an appropriate consent mechanism will be implemented before those technologies are activated.
